The Queen of Hearts - A love of a fairytale

Hi ya, just popping on to blog an ATC swap I did, now initially I was going to blog next week but I decided on today as over at Unruly Paperarts it's Inspire Your Heart with Art day.  Now I had initially done something else but didn't quite finish it in time (hopefully tomorrow) so I have gone for these instead.  It was based on Fairy Tales and I had done Queen of Hearts (knowing that they were a backup for this link up lol).  I did do some step by step pics :-).  So why don't you go on over and link up and share your love for ART.

And the ATC ............................
The Queen of Hearts :-)

And now for the step by step ............................

Tim Holtz layering stencil and heavy gesso

Die cut crowns

For texture I cut into the hair to make it choppy style

I wanted some shiny hearts but had no red left so I coloured the silver with
a promarker.  The waterpen is there from something else, I didn't use it with this just
in case your wondering if it was filled with alcohol lol.
Then I added it all together with some washi tape at the bottom and staples to
add the playing card queen.

Right I shall be off, I will be back tomorrow with two DT posts.  Thanks for visiting.
Happy heART :-)
Hugs Kezzy xxxxx
