New Year Catchup

Good morning, how are you today?  Yep even I can't believe I haven't blogged for 3 weeks, it's the first time ever I have left it so long.  Mostly life got in the way with Christmas and I had this really horrible cold/flu.  I actually feel sorry for my kids when they were younger, having a temperature and making them just stay in a vest to cool down, here I was a grown woman crying because I was so cold and wanted the fire on, of course my partner said no seems I had a full fever lol, but it made me realise how they must have felt many years ago.  I am now over the worst and at last feel more human so I thought it was about time I updated all of you.

Happy New Year
May 2015 bring many days crafting
and lots of artful adventures.

I have so much to share, Christmas bits, design team bits, new year resolutions, new yearly workshops I am taking.
But for today I shall share a few design team and guest design team bits that was missed over the last few weeks.

Unruly Paperarts
This month over at Unruly Paperarts we are working with Faces and are being sponsored by Pan Pastel, wow I got to work with these and are now hooked.  I think you will see them popping up quite often this year lol.  If you would love to see a full tutorial on how I made this then please pop on over to Unruly Paperarts to be zapped away through space straight to the tutorial.  Also don't forget to have a look all through the month to see lots of inspiring ideas from my team mates :-).

Next I was asked again to Guest Design for the challenge in December over at Country View Crafts and the challenge was Nostalgia Christmas.  I had done a full tutorial but I shall wait and do an update later in the year as Christmas is now gone so it's not really the time to show a tutorial, we all want fresh new beginnings lol.

Next up wasn't a design team make but definitely a Christmas make lol.  I was really inspired by some of Jennifer McGuire makes this year, her videos are truly awesome and she works a lot with Mr Holtz distress products.  I fell in love with this card so had a go myself and I have to admit I was in love.  I only got 2 done but I reckon next year I shall do a pile of them.

Well that's it for me today, I will be back tomorrow with Mr Arthur the Wise Owl!!!, don't know if you have heard but my ultra favourite stamp and paint company Paperartsy have a new format this year over on their Blog, which means now the challenges are slightly different meaning you can either follow the designer or you can make your own thing, I am so in love with this.  I am already on my 3rd project so lots to see this week starting with Mr Owl :-).
Happy Creating :-)
Hugs Kezzy xxxxx
