WOYWW 127

Hi to everyone on woyww, if your wondering what woyww is, jump over to Julia's blog and look at lots of yummy crafty desks.  I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who gave me some fab ideas last week and wow I have lots of ideas now for my polystyrene decorations.  My desk is really boring this week as the last few days I've been ill, by Sunday evening I felt awful, shaking, dizzy etc, I know you must think I'm a hypochrondriac and believe me I started believing it myself lol, and finally my OH made me see a doctor on Monday and yep I have a severe infection of the throat, sinuses, ears and its started on my chest.  He reckoned that the virus that started the tinnitus was actually bacterial which has spread all over, to be honest I thought I'd be kept there as I was shaking etc but luckily I'm home with huge antibiotics which for the first time today I feel like I'm healing.
I wasn't going to contribute today as I felt like I was being boring, and complaining but I'm sorry I couldn't stay away I really wanted share with everyone else.
My desk is a bit boring, all I've done for the last couple of days is sat at my craft desk sorting out buttons and beads, I'm not sure I was capable of anything else lol.

On Saturday before I deteriorated I did do some flowers in a vase for my mates birthday, I'm not adding it to any challenges as the idea was from Craft Stamper magazine, January 2011 by Katy Fox, so I didn't think it was fair to enter any challenges with it.
Thank you so much for sharing with me this week and here's to lots more crafting this next week lol.  Thank you so much as well to wonderful comments, I haven't managed to return all the comments I got this week so I'm sorry.

sorry your poorly and with such a rotten bug too. Full of cold here too...it's so yuk as we would rather be making instead of lying around. In any case your blue and brown flowers look wonderful - such a fab colour combo. Thanks for the peek! Sarah at 14.

I’m doing a quick dash round as many desks as I can in my coffee break [yes I do allow myself a coffee break :-) ] to see what everyone's been up to. So much fab creativity going on everywhere I go. It’s really brilliant.
So glad you're feeling better. Keep doing what you do best and have a great week

Oh poor you - no wonder you were feeling so rough, let's hope the antibiotics kick in swiftly! And sorting your buttons out must be one of the most feelgood tidying tasks you can do, I'd do it out of choice simply cos I love all the colours!!

I am SO glad I came to visit you this week, since I haven't been around much lately. I'm glad that the doctors finally discovered your real problem and now maybe the antibiotics will actually work. Sorting buttons and beads is a monumental task and not to be taken lightly. I'm sure it is something you will look back on with pride as soon as you are feeling better. Happy belated WOYWW from #4.
