WOYWW 217

Oh wow I have so missed joining in with woyww,  two weeks lol, one week no mojo and I had nothing on my desk, the second week no internet lol.  But all is good, it's great to be back lol.  Bet your wondering what I'm on about, why not pop on over to Julia's Blog and join in with What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, and show us all your crafty desks :-).  I shall be mega quick lol, this is my 3rd post of the day!!!

Was just tidying up after the two mini canvases, some mini
tags with samples of crackle products that I am
doing a tutorial for.
My craft room is a complete mess, I am trying to sort
it all out, trying to change bits around and now
it looks like a crafty explosion with stuff everywhere lol.
I really need to stop creating and start sorting!!!!

I shall show you two pictures of my other desk, as the
sewing machine manages to hide loads as you can see here lol

I broke my first sewing machine needle the other day,
scared me lol, I was doing a card for a magazine deadline
and I was sewing through a thick layer, normally it will
be fine but it broke, then I realised I was also sewing through the card
base at the back as well, oops another non open card :-)

Right I am definitely off now for today, shall be back tomorrow with a tutorial on Dylusion sprays :-).
Thank you so much for visiting, Hugs Kezzy xxxxx

Hi Kezzy! Great to see you super busy! Hurray - return of mojo! Oh, the machine breaking must have been scary. I use my daughter's so I am scared to do anything too daring on itQ I am commenting in reverse order here, as I saw this post first! I had to go and collect my daughter from the airport. So glad she's home safe and sound. I just never stop worrying about her! She liked the little tin I made her that I blogged so that made me happy! Julie Ann #12

Hi Kerry,
It's good to see you joining in the fun this week.I'm a bit late visiting this week....I had a really manic day yesterday with my sewing. Thought I'd call in before today became the same!
I really love your little owl in the first pic :-)
Hugs,

Hi Kezzy, what a way to treat a needle :) Apparently we should change needles after about 6 hours of sewing ... I don't know about you, but I don't keep track of how many minutes/hours I've been sewing! Hope you were able to rescue the card. I do like the owl that's lying on your desk - very eye-catching. Have a good week, Elizabeth x #16

always love a tutorial, so just clicked the follow button first so as not to miss that.
Never occured to me to confess the things I hide on my desk - should see behind the drawing board, gulp.

A messy desk means a productive and creative person. Great.

You have NO idea how many times I have sewed through something I wasn't supposed to. Since I'm not really a card maker, I had to laugh because it truly sounds like something I would do.

I was here early yesterday, but my computer froze. I am back now, though. Happy very belated WOYWW from #2.
