Birdy Tag for Sunday Stampers

Hi all, as you know on Wednesday when I shown a picture of my desk I had been playing with Dylusion sprays and rock salt to make loads of backgrounds which I shall show in a picture in a mo.  Towards the bottom of this post I have made a tag for Sunday Stampers which Hels runs over at Ink on My fingers and the challenge is Writing.  I used a large stamp by Indigo Blu for my writing but as you may tell I can never ever get sentiments straight, the screwed up paper which I jumped on in a rage lol was perfect because I always practice before hand, but the minute it goes on the project, wonky, think I should keep away from these writing stamps, problem is I love them :-)

All the backgrounds drying

All dry, salt removed and all chopped up by my Big Shot :-)

Close up
I love the leaves stamp from Paperartsy (flora and fauna 3), its open
leaves that I coloured with promarkers, first time I used
it but I loved the effect when done this way.

Close Up

Completely random, but I went to Dunhelm on Thursday and
I spent £16 which got me 9 canvases, wicker heart and turquoise
thread, how fab was that, think I shall shop there for canvases in the future :-)

Right I shall go, I fancy getting in my pj's (even though its only just done 5pm), were having pizza tonight so I can see an evening watching tv on the sofa, well maybe lol, lately I have watched a bit of tv, then come up to the craft room to play, then back downstairs lol, it's great chilling while off work, back again on Monday, mind you I work a lot from home so it's not too bad and the house on Tuesday will be back to being peaceful with OH and kids at work/school.  I have had to work a couple of hours over the Christmas break, there I am paying wages last Thursday while kids are killing each other and the OH is wondering around complaining he lost something and someone's moved it, so up I get, shout at the kids to stop fighting and find the thing what OH had lost of course it was on his desk, I'm lucky that everyone got paid right lol lol.
Right I shall be off, I'm rambling lol.
Happy Crafting

Love the tag! I really like this rock salt coloring after you have knocked the rock salt off it. Lots of awesome patterns. I think I am going to have to try and make some of that card stock for some projects!

I said those backgrounds would be great. They are really stunning. Thank you for your visit today. I have not tried the acryllic inks before so I shall have fun experimenting. xx Maggie #45
