WOYWW 408

Hi, sorry yet again it's been a couple of weeks since I blogged.  The last time was the 5th March a day before my Father in Laws funeral that went really well.  Since then I'm afraid my dad passed away a week ago, it happened just as he went to bed.  He had been unwell but earlier that day things were looking up as he was discharged from the heart failure clinic.  Then as he went to bed he turned around and told mum he thinks he needs an ambulance as he was struggling to breathe, just as mum phoned he suddenly died, aged 76.  Obviously my heart aches and the only thing that is helping is my ART.  I decided to join in with WOYWW  (What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday) this week as I love playing but as you all know recently I haven't been able to join in.  So here are my ultra messy trolley and a rather cleanish desk :-)

I have a few things going on my desk, paints at the back are to finish off a two journal
pages, I have also got some alcohol ink on yupo paper I was playing with.
I have just cleared the main part away from doing some steampunk tags for a swap
which I shall be blogging either tomorrow or Friday.  I have to admit
it was great playing with the steampunk theme, it's been ages since I last did one.
I also have a step by step as well so keep a look out. :-)
I have now just started a large peg for a swap so that's what I shall be
doing after typing up this post lol.

Nothing much has changed apart from my trolleys that definitely look like
I have been dumping on them.  Also you can see the two journal pages I am in
the middle of.

Right that's my messy area's and what I have been up to, how about you?  What's your creative desk look like? Why don't you pop on over to Julia's Blog and join in :-)

Happy Art :-)
Hugs Kezzy

Hello Kezzy. I'm so sorry to hear your news - what a shock for you - and for your mum. Take care of yourselves at this time - there is so much to do, so much to think about. If being creative helps, great. Take time to rest, too.
God bless.

I am so sorry about your Father, what a shock it must have been to your family. But if you journal, journal about the good memories, remembering him as he would want you to remember him. Art is a real saviour, especially at times like this. Glad you are keeping busy. Thanks for sharing, Lindart, #35
